Fees:

Full Membership – $100.00 Initial Fee (one time only), $65.00 per month (bulletin emailed) or $70.00 per month (bulletin mailed).

Regular Membership – $80.00 Initial Fee (one time only), $50.00 per month (bulletin emailed) or $55.00 per month (bulletin mailed).

All dues may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually in advance of elective period.

Continuous Bulletin and Plan service is contingent upon prompt payment of Dues. Our terms are net 30 due by the 10th of the month. Cancellation of membership must be made in writing 30 days prior to any billing.
